Today, Shanghai DC-Science Co., Ltd announced it has acquired the assets of IBM's Smart Building site and facility business in China, including IBM’s subsidiary Blue BODI’s customer contracts, licenses and employees associated with the business. Through the acquisition of Blue BODI’s stock, Shanghai DC-Science has completed the transaction.

今日，上海德衡数据科技有限公司宣布收购IBM在中国大陆地区建筑智能化工程设计和施工业务的相关资产。该收购计划包括IBM全资子公司--上海蓝色帛缔智能工程有限公司相关业务的客户合约、业务许可和人员转移。德衡公司通过对上海蓝色帛缔智能工程有限公司的股权收购完成此次收购。
